BridgePoint Visit Guidelines
We’re committed to creating a safe, neutral space for parenting time. These guidelines help ensure that every visit is respectful, structured, and emotionally secure for children, parents, and professionals.

Supervised Visitations
- Visits are monitored by trained staff at all times
- Physical contact must remain appropriate and child-centered
- Staff may intervene if safety or emotional comfort is compromised
- All visits are documented objectively
Monitored Exchanges
- Parents arrive separately and avoid direct interaction
- Children are transferred calmly and promptly
- Staff oversee the hand-off and may document concerns
- Exchanges must follow the agreed schedule

Documentation & Records
- Visit logs include date, time, duration, and observations
- Reports are available upon request for legal or therapeutic use
- All records are stored securely and shared only with authorized parties
Emotional Safety
- We prioritize the child’s emotional well-being above all
- Staff are trained in trauma-informed care and de-escalation
- If a child shows distress, staff may pause or end the visit
